Your Role:
The Community Liaison will cultivate relationships with local referral sources and community partners to achieve financial targets and support our annual objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market analysis to inform and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with leadership to create monthly sales plans aimed at maintaining and expanding our client base.
  • Initiating and managing contracts with referral sources.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with market insights.
  • Meeting agency goals for Medicare admissions on a monthly basis.
  • Maintaining a structured outreach plan to engage targeted referral sources.
  • Providing recommendations for service enhancements and new offerings.
  • Building and maintaining profiles for Physicians, Hospitals, and Assisted Living Facilities.
  • Ensuring ongoing communication with referral sources to uphold customer satisfaction.
  • Researching competitor activities and market trends to stay informed.
  • Facilitating communication between referral sources and agency staff to resolve service issues.
  • Participating in weekly meetings to discuss sales activities and opportunities.
  • Networking with community organizations to build relationships.
  • Promoting services through various channels including conventions and public relations.
  • Completing additional assignments as needed to meet company goals.
