About the Role:

As a Blood Collection Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient collection of blood donations. You will work closely with our team to transport and set up equipment at collection sites, create a welcoming environment for donors, and follow all safety procedures to ensure the quality of the blood collected.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience
  • Prior leadership experience
