Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the principal leader and advocate for care management informatics and clinical technology advancement. As a key member of our team, you will promote the use of technology to optimize care management work processes, support the delivery of evidence-based care, and monitor inpatient and outpatient care management practices and associated patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care Management Informatics: Utilize leadership skills to integrate care management functions, computer and information sciences to manage and communicate data, information, and knowledge throughout the care management continuum.
  • Operations: Ensure effective operations of care management service areas, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Evidenced-Based Practice: Assist in the integration of the best available evidence into organizational policies and procedures, driving quality improvement and patient-centered care.
  • Clinical Technical Support: Serve as a technical and operational workflow support for purchased software products utilized by the care management and utilization management teams.
  • Training: Develop and oversee training of personnel for new or modified software and specialty systems, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
Requirements
  • Seasoned professional knowledge, equivalent to a Master's degree, with knowledge in more than one discipline.
  • 5-7 years related experience in care management informatics and clinical technology.
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License.
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification.
  • Professional Organization Participation.
  • Informatics Certification.
