Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Channel Management will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive growth in the assigned regions. This includes identifying and partnering with key distributors, resellers, and other channel partners to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to drive growth in the Southeast US and Caribbean markets.
  • Identify and partner with key distributors, resellers, and other channel partners to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel-related inquiries and support.
  • Assess market environment and identify potential partners, distributors, and resellers that align with Mainspring's channel strategy.
  • Develop and deliver training to channel partners on Mainspring's products and services.
  • Coordinate with Mainspring's marketing team to develop co-marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor channel partner performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, market share, and response time to inquiries.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a focus on distributed energy markets.
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth through channel partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and channel partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
