Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Hydro Engineering project team in the execution of complex projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project team in the execution of projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure project financial health.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, issues, and risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the hydro industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in leading large teams and managing complex projects.
  • Knowledge of utility operations and customer interaction.
  • Experience in business case development and benefits capture.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in high-pressure and high-profile assignments.
