Job Title: Director of Operations

CS Energy Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our renewable energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Renewable Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-9+ years of relevant construction industry experience, with progressively greater responsibility
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
