About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our Customer Experience Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, exceeding their expectations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless and high-quality guest experiences, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and exceeds expectations.
  • Actively listen to guests to understand their unique situations and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
  • Understand key facility differentiators and create value by optimizing every conversion opportunity.
  • Mastery of call flow and sales process, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and customized storage solutions.
  • Interact with customers to provide support and information on our products and services.
  • Ensure that customer problems and concerns are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize our CXC programs, including Call Potential, Yardi, LivePerson, and VRC, to drive sales and improve customer experience.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish speaking preferred.
  • Some experience with our products or services preferred.
  • Availability to work weekends and a high volume of inbound phone calls.
  • A passion for guest service and sales, with a mentality that every experience is valuable.
  • A positive, outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
