We are currently in search of a highly qualified Program Manager to contribute to the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Program Management Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive program management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, manpower assessments, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
  • Exhibit strong presentation and briefing capabilities to engage with senior management effectively.
  • Direct and coordinate the planning and execution of all contract and program activities while collaborating with government personnel.
  • Develop and assess project feasibility studies, analyze costs, and ensure adherence to established work standards.
  • Interpret organizational policies, objectives, and goals for team members, utilizing company resources to meet program targets.
  • Engage in technical program management activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to mid and junior-level Program Managers by reviewing proposed plans and suggesting modifications. Address conflicts with subcontractors as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • MA/MS/MBA from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience managing government programs, with at least six years in a supervisory role.
  • Seven years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification in Program Management.

Additional Requirements:

  • This role necessitates the ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
