We are currently in search of a highly skilled Program Manager to contribute to the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Program Management Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive program management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, manpower assessments, risk management, supportability, testing and evaluation, and requirements development.
- Demonstrate effective presentation and briefing skills to senior management.
- Direct and coordinate the planning and execution of all contract and program activities while liaising with government representatives.
- Develop and assess project feasibility studies, evaluate costs, and ensure adherence to established work standards.
- Interpret organizational policies, objectives, and goals for team members, leveraging company resources to fulfill program aims.
- Engage in technical program management tasks.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to mid and junior-level Program Managers by reviewing proposed plans and suggesting modifications. Address conflicts with subcontractors.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree (MA/MS/MBA) from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience managing government programs, with at least six years in a supervisory role.
- Seven years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification in Program Management.
Additional Requirements:
- This role necessitates the ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
