Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Program Analyst to contribute to our mission. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting data, conducting analyses, and providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Offering financial management guidance on program budgets and making execution recommendations in line with established regulations and policies.
  • Planning, budgeting, and executing multi-appropriation budgets at the division level.
  • Analyzing financial requirements related to resource management programs.
  • Utilizing technical expertise to identify and resolve complex financial management issues.
  • Compiling data and providing technical advice to stakeholders.
  • Employing automated systems for financial data collection and execution.
  • Monitoring resource allocations and conducting studies to compare current findings with historical data.
  • Performing budget analyses for high-visibility financial programs.
  • Evaluating interrelated issues affecting major administrative programs.
  • Carrying out additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Mid-senior level experience as a Financial Analyst with Department of Defense (DoD) financial expertise.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Access and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with GFEBS or similar government accounting software.
  • An active DoD Top Secret clearance or higher.
