Position Summary: Chimera Enterprises International is looking for a Program Analyst to assist the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND). This office oversees the nation's investments in defense technologies and medical countermeasures. A Secret clearance is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Chief of Operations in strategizing, developing, and executing new requirements and projects, ensuring compliance with acquisition processes and policies.
- Monitor documents within the Document Staffing and Task Management System.
- Draft, review, and manage high-level documentation, including staff action papers and acquisition documents.
- Prepare and update technical briefing materials and program schedules to facilitate milestone planning.
- Utilize analytical skills to provide recommendations that streamline the fulfillment of validated needs while adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
- Engage with stakeholders to foster relationships that support program and project objectives.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of various documents, including memorandums and executive summaries.
- Organize and manage both internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are addressed.
- Review acquisition documentation to support program milestone decisions.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular status reports.
- Communicate programmatic updates and issues effectively.
- Develop high-level presentations for public engagements at conferences and events.
- Track action items and program milestones diligently.
- Assist in prioritizing tasks and monitoring progress towards established goals.
- Maintain program management tools and processes effectively.
- Gather and provide updates on project-related information and issues.
- Support the preparation of responses to formal inquiries related to program operations.
- Ensure the protection of sensitive acquisition materials.
- Manage internal acquisition actions within the task management system.
- Log all actions, ensuring thoroughness and tracking through completion.
- Keep relevant organizations informed of deadlines and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of equivalent professional experience.
Clearance Level: Secret
