Job Overview

InterFuze is dedicated to establishing a benchmark for service excellence, catering to both our clients and our workforce. As we expand our capabilities, we are looking for a skilled Program Manager to enhance our Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Program Management Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive program management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, manpower assessments, risk management, supportability, testing and evaluation, and requirements development.
  • Deliver presentations and briefings to senior management effectively.
  • Direct and coordinate all contract and program activities, ensuring seamless communication with government personnel.
  • Assess project feasibility, manage costs, and ensure adherence to established work standards.
  • Clarify organizational policies, objectives, and goals for team members, leveraging company resources to meet program targets.
  • Engage in technical program management activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to mid and junior-level Program Managers, reviewing proposed plans and suggesting necessary adjustments while resolving conflicts with subcontractors.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (MA/MS/MBA) from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience managing government programs, with at least six years in a supervisory role.
  • Possibility to substitute seven years of experience for the degree requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification in Program Management.

Additional Requirements:

  • This role necessitates the ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
