As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping companies find the best talent for their organizations, while also assisting individuals in finding their way to the right employers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively sell and recruit through modern media connections
  • Identify prospects in need of Randstad's workforce services and solutions
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
  • Execute activities that drive results, including calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings
  • Listen to diagnose workforce gaps and negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
  • Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates
  • Coach and retain talent, and market them to ensure they land the right job
  • Utilize a combination of approaches that require exceptional documentation and offer innovative employment solutions
  • Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of professional sales experience
  • Strong history of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
  • Technical competency and ability to connect with others
  • Experience and adaptability utilizing digital tools and Google Suite applications
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model and possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
