Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff in the delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • At least one year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in a leadership or education role.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral Degree in Nursing (DNP).
  • Experience in a leadership or education role, preferably in a hospital setting.
