Role: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Role Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for ensuring that all members, guests, and potential members receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in all members, guests, and potential members.
- Respond to phone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide information to potential members regarding membership options and current promotions.
- Assist with necessary updates to member accounts.
- Ensure that all retail merchandise is adequately stocked.
- Utilize the POS system to process payments.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Compensation Details
- Part-time position.
- Hourly wage: $12.00.
- Includes complimentary gym membership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred experience in customer service (1 year).
- CPR/AED certification is a plus.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Must exhibit a professional demeanor.
- Positive and energetic personality is essential.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Must pass a drug screening.
- Background check is mandatory.
- Use of fingerprint technology for time tracking.
- This position is not eligible for remote work.
