Role Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for ensuring that all members, guests, and potential members receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in all members, guests, and potential members.
  • Handle incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide information to potential members regarding membership options and ongoing promotions.
  • Assist with necessary updates to member accounts.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of retail items.
  • Utilize the POS system for processing payments.
  • Help uphold the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Compensation Details

  • Part-time position.
  • Hourly wage: $12.00.
  • Includes complimentary gym membership.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in customer service (1 year).
  • CPR/AED certification is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Positive and energetic personality.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • Successful completion of drug screening.
  • Background check required.
  • Utilization of finger scan technology for time tracking.
  • This position is not eligible for remote work.
