We are currently in search of a Collision Repair Specialist to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles, both foreign and domestic, in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality repairs.
  • Meet productivity and efficiency benchmarks.
  • Adhere to cycle time requirements for completed repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with dealership, O.S.H.A., and EPA regulations.
  • Participate in maintaining a safe work environment, including personal workspace and tools.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and techniques.
  • Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment when handling hazardous materials or working in potentially dangerous conditions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in the collision repair industry.
  • Compliance with manufacturer and dealer safety standards.
  • I-CAR and/or ASE certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Car-O-Liner frame measuring systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks, including grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
  • Frequent physical activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Familiarity with shop equipment, including wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, and diagnostic tools.
