Position Overview: The Marketing Operations Director will lead and refine the marketing initiatives across all VERSUS Hospitality brands, including Morris American, Casta's Rum Bar, Ciel Social Club, HEIST, VERSUS, and Treehouse. Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Direction:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing plans that integrate social media, email outreach, and other digital channels to align with the organization’s objectives.
- Perform thorough market analysis to remain informed about industry developments and competitor strategies, utilizing findings across all hospitality brands.
- Guide, mentor, and supervise a diverse marketing team, including remote and in-house personnel, ensuring effective community engagement, outreach, and messaging to boost brand recognition.
- Work closely with Public Relations, Marketing, and other pertinent departments to guarantee unified messaging, branding, and creative execution.
Content and Community Engagement:
- Supervise the development and curation of captivating content across all marketing platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and image.
- Interact with our online community to nurture positive relationships, manage digital customer interactions, and address service inquiries.
- Plan and facilitate online events or promotions to enhance engagement and foster brand loyalty.
Operational and Analytical Duties:
- Track daily activities across all platforms, identifying and capitalizing on engagement opportunities.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar in partnership with the marketing and PR teams.
- Analyze marketing performance data, delivering weekly and monthly reports to senior leadership on key metrics and strategic insights.
- Conduct team meetings to assess performance, strategize future marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Team Development and Support:
- Provide continuous training and support to marketing team members, enhancing their capabilities and ensuring optimal performance.
- Effectively delegate content creation and operational responsibilities, ensuring all materials are approved prior to publication to drive growth, sales, and brand awareness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing management, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and analytical tools.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
