Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough pre-admission evaluations of potential patients.
  • Manage and develop assigned sales territories, adapting strategies based on market analysis and facility requirements.
  • Coordinate marketing and public relations initiatives, including conferences, seminars, and media outreach.
  • Track sales activities and maintain client profiles to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Engage in program development initiatives as required.
  • Foster a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain regular attendance in alignment with the work schedule.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support the organization’s overall effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector; experience in healthcare sales is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Clinical licensure is required (RN, RT, LVN, PT, OT, SLP preferred).
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations and healthcare regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and record management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
