QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for the position of Residential Cleaning Specialist must demonstrate outstanding work ethics and possess the ability to engage with seniors in a compassionate, respectful, and considerate manner.
A Residential Cleaning Specialist should be proficient in speaking and reading English to effectively comprehend simple written communications and verbal instructions, ensuring clear understanding with Residents.
Physical capabilities are essential, including the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 40 pounds. The candidate must also be agile enough to navigate the facility promptly and provide physical assistance to Residents during emergencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough cleaning of each Resident's room weekly, adhering to the cleaning techniques and quality standards set forth by the Maintenance Director and company policies.
- Perform daily cleaning of each Resident's bathroom, including the disposal of trash.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas of the facility on a regular or as-needed basis, following instructions from the Supervisor.
- Remain vigilant and aware of any potential safety hazards within the facility, promptly reporting any concerns to the Supervisor.
- Execute job responsibilities in compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in all meetings and training sessions as requested by the Executive Director or Supervisor.
- Be flexible and available to work additional shifts or roles as requested by the Executive Director or Supervisor.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
