Job Summary

This position requires a highly organized individual who possesses strong initiative and can complete multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working in the real estate investment or development industries and 10+ Years as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on individual qualifications, skills, experience, and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the schedule process by coordinating and confirming meetings/calls; maintain/update calendar for the executive
  • Receive and screen visitors/incoming calls to determine priority and provide detailed notice with information necessary to accurately execute meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, confirm details, finalize agendas and update calendars for the CEO and other Directors as assigned
Requirements
  • Ability to reliably commute and report to the Tri Star office
  • BS in Management or relatable degree
