Job Description

As a Corporate Support Manager at HyperCare Management LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the Director of Finance and other finance department employees, including spreadsheet management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Main Functions:

  1. Coordinate meetings and other tasks as assigned by the Director of Finance.
  2. Support project implementation, rollout, and grant administration as needed.
  3. Administer SAP Concur, Bank of America, and Amazon Business Prime systems.
  4. Retrieve invoices from the document management system for various projects.
  5. Manage company card holder statements.
  6. Maintain a log of credit limits, increases, decreases, and delinquent expense reports.
  7. Facilitate credit card increase requests.
  8. Research transaction declines and transactions.
  9. Handle document signature and distribution tasks.
  10. Perform filing, mail management, and communication distribution duties as needed.
  11. Ensure office supply inventory levels are maintained and order additional supplies when necessary.
  12. Collaborate with the executive team on spreadsheet work.
  13. Manage postage machine updates and request postage as needed.
  14. Order kitchen and bathroom supplies and maintain a clean kitchen environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Microsoft application proficiency.
  • Effective communication with management, employees, and visitors.
  • Computer and Microsoft Office suite application skills.
  • Accuracy, concision, and attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality maintenance.
  • SAP Concur experience preferred.
  • Kentucky notary commission or willingness to obtain one (optional).

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
