Job Summary

Dean Builds Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Project Operations Specialist to support our project management team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily project activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to project managers, site managers, accounting, and operations on assigned construction projects.
  • Assisting in establishing the bid list, including invitations, subcontractor calls, and subcontractor qualifications.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including Building Connected data and project-related documentation.

A minimum requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, 3+ years of relevant construction experience, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Occasional travel may be required, but it does not involve overnight stays.
