Job Title: Knowledge Management Librarian

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Librarian to join our team at Dynamics ATS Organic. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and maintenance of our SharePoint library, information management plans, processes, repositories, and systems.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, tracking, and filing documentation in electronic formats, as well as maintaining document version control and configuration management. You will also evaluate documentation, specifications, reports, and presentations, and develop technical documentation detailing the design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of SharePoint library, information management plans, processes, repositories, and systems.
  • Organize, maintain, track, and file documentation in electronic formats.
  • Maintain document version control and configuration management.
  • Evaluate documentation, specifications, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop technical documentation detailing the design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Secret Clearance with DHS Suitability.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Experience with providing program management, training, skills assessments, developing curriculum, and similar support.
  • Ability to understand complex technical issues.
  • Must have the ability to manage documentation.
