About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and servicing new and existing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining and retaining existing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain existing accounts
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Personal Lines insurance coverages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed advice to clients
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines insurance coverages with a minimum 3 years prior experience in customer service within the insurance industry
  • P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
