The specialist will work closely with Account Management, Product, and Engineering to streamline issue resolution and participate in strategic planning sessions to prioritize product improvements based on customer feedback.

The Customer Success Specialist will also be responsible for mentoring and training team members, acting as a point of escalation for complex client issues, and ensuring that support standards are maintained across the team.
