As a Commercial Office Interiors Growth Manager at Office Furniture Center in Chicago, you will play a critical role in driving revenue expansion and customer acquisition through strategic business development initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with new and existing customers, industry partners, and suppliers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead efforts to expand lead generation through various channels, including cold calling, business-to-business selling, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging market research and industry insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive management to ensure alignment and optimize business outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000 per year, plus earnable commission based on performance. Additional benefits include paid holidays, PTO, major medical insurance after 90 days, company matching 401K contribution after one year, and participation in employee wellness programs.
