Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our headquarters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure a well-maintained office environment.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage various documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
  • Facilitate meetings by setting agendas, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and managing personnel records.

The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of administrative experience and a strong interest in launching their career at a leading commodities firm.
