Job Opportunity for a Seasoned Executive Director

Watermark Retirement Communities is a leading provider of senior housing services, and we are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team. As a seasoned professional in Assisted Living and Memory Care, you will have the opportunity to create a community where people thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Assisted Living and Memory Care communities to ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident engagement, staff morale, and community growth.
  • Collaborate with state regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a positive survey history.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to create a positive and supportive community environment.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and mentorship to staff to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to provide high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
  • Excellent knowledge of state regulations and survey processes.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a positive survey history.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Current state-required license.
