Job Title: Account Executive, Ticket Sales and Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at AEG. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling and generating revenue for our ticket sales and service efforts. If you have a proven track record of successfully selling and generating revenues for a sports team or entertainment venue, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls daily
  • Sell season, partial, premium, and group tickets through a full menu sales program
  • Manage all personal accounts to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Update applicable records in ticketing and CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed all sales quota
  • Assist with all game day responsibilities of sales department
  • Attend various sales, community, and networking events throughout the year
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Ticket Sales and Service and Team President
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in ticket sales, service, and operations management in professional sports and/or entertainment
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry work-related experience required
  • Previous sports sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster, Salesforce, and Arctics systems are a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial leadership tendencies
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays
