Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, security, and hardware issues.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document solutions and provide training recommendations to reduce the number of tickets.
  • Train computer users on new systems and software.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, O365 Administrator Console, Exchange Administrator Console, Windows 10/11, Network & Printer Troubleshooting, and Hardware Inventorying.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to take direction as needed.
