Job Summary:

As the Lead Culinary Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a talented culinary team. This role focuses on overseeing culinary operations, ensuring that food production is efficient, safe, and meets high standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain exceptional culinary standards across all dining and catering services.
  • Mentor and develop the local culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
  • Implement Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, emphasizing food seasonality and wellness.
  • Monitor performance metrics and trends, proposing and executing improvements as necessary.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of menu items and effectively communicate them to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

Culinary degree preferred, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or a related field. A minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience is essential. Candidates should have experience in planning and managing catering events from a culinary perspective, strong leadership skills, and a passion for working in a dynamic environment.

Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends is required, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation. Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, and the Internet) is necessary. Effective communication skills across various levels of the organization are essential.
