Job Title: Senior Content Marketing Manager

The Senior Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that supports the customer journey and reinforces strategic messaging by segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a multi-channel, multi-format content marketing plan that supports messaging priorities and aligns with the customer journey.
  • Identify content gaps and areas of investment for content production based on existing content inventory and customer needs.
  • Establish a dynamic calendar for Always On learning content tailored to meet the specific needs of customers.
  • Define and deliver a content strategy for Generative AI, showcasing the company's expertise and success stories through various content formats appealing to customers.
  • Develop content assets to support paid media campaigns and initiatives targeting customers, such as eBooks, videos, animations, and infographics.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
