**Job Summary**
We're seeking a passionate and empathetic individual to join our team. As a customer service representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and accurate information to resolve their issues. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build trust and rapport with our customers, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to incoming customer communications in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
**Requirements**
* Bilingual in English and Laotian
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it to customers
* Proficient in computer software and hardware
* High-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
