Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. as a contract employee. This is a 06+ months opportunity with long-term potential and is located in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to Medi-Cal members via inbound calls, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Call Center Operations: Work in a high-volume call center environment, handling a large volume of calls and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize strong typing skills and computer proficiency to navigate various systems and software.
  • Communication: Develop strong communication skills to effectively de-escalate conflicts and resolve issues with customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of call center experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Strong typing skills, high-speed internet, quiet workspace at home, and good attendance.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language: Bilingual Spanish preferred.
