Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a full-time position at our client's location in North Sacramento.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding medical insurance and benefits.
  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage and navigate them through the claims process.
  • Work in a high-volume, inbound call center environment, meeting production metrics and maintaining a high level of phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience, with a strong preference for healthcare CSR experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish desired, but not required.
