Job Summary:

The Assistant Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities at Open Sky Community Services. This position involves working alongside Residential Counselors to provide direct support and supervision to the overnight staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Program Coordinator
  • Assist with program scheduling and budgets
  • Document and implement activities that facilitate the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community
  • Develop and implement habilitation, whole life, and other service plans
  • Participate in supervision, team, and other assigned meetings
  • Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, required
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities
