Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health promotion programs that align with the company's wellness goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the client management team to design and deliver health screenings, awareness events, and classes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to encourage healthy lifestyle habits and behaviors.
  • Assist with the integration of online wellness portals and onsite activities.
  • Develop and analyze reports on health data, participation, and program results.
  • Conduct new hire trainings and orientation on wellness program offerings.
  • Leverage health plan, wellness, and community resources to support the wellness program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in health, wellness, public health, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in health, health prevention, health promotion, and/or behavioral change methodology.
  • 2+ years of project management experience in a related field or environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of wellness program management or coordination experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with senior-level positions.
  • Certifications in wellness, health promotion, or a related field.
