Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Visiting Superintendents Inc. in the NYC area. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining cleanliness and performing basic maintenance tasks.

  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure common areas, restrooms, lobbies, and other spaces are kept clean and tidy.
  • Waste Disposal: Efficiently manage and dispose of waste from designated areas.
  • Basic Maintenance: Address minor maintenance issues and report major concerns to supervisors.
  • Equipment and Furniture Handling: Assist with moving or setting up equipment or furniture as required.
  • Upholding Company Standards: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards align with our reputation for excellence.

The successful candidate will be able to work unsupervised and have a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Travel to and from various job locations within the NYC area is also required.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
