Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team at Hussmann. As a Sales and Account Management Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial refrigeration industry. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as expanding our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial refrigeration industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure continued growth and success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales and account management experience in the commercial refrigeration industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
