About the Role

Vivid Seats is seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our industry-leading performance marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and scaling our Affiliate channel, driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships with media publishers, influencers, and other affiliate partners to drive performance and revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and Manage Contracts and commission structures for affiliates to ensure optimal revenue streams.
  • Manage Key Affiliate Partners to understand drivers of performance and identify opportunities to increase volume.
  • Meet Regularly with Partners to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
  • Analyze Performance Data from affiliate networks and vendors to inform strategic decisions and optimize program performance.
  • Provide Weekly Insights and Optimizations for each brand, including program metrics such as number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, ROI, ROAS, etc.

  • Understand All Affiliate Strategies and current measurement platforms.
What You'll Achieve in the Next 60 Days
  • Enhance Our Approaches, Methods, or Technologies to mitigate risks and improve efficiencies.
  • Analyze Media Spend Mix across regions and strategies to help the company achieve a higher ROI on ad spend.
  • Assist with a Testing Roadmap that includes scaling existing affiliate strategies and introducing new partners to the marketing mix.
What You'll Achieve in the Next 90 Days
  • Design and Implement Process Improvements that positively impact the business.
  • Establish Standard Operating Procedures for testing to effectively challenge legacy strategies and promote innovative ideas across affiliate.
  • Compile Industry Challenges, News, Opportunities, and Trends for the team to utilize towards greater strategy development and optimization.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a Related Field.
  • Proven Experience in Affiliate Marketing.
  • Understanding and Experience with Large Affiliate Platforms such as Impact Radius.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated Ability to Creatively Conceive and Execute Strategic Project Plans.
  • Proactive, Energetic, and Optimistic Disposition; strives to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team.
  • Incredible Attention to Detail and ability to multi-task and coordinate several projects at once.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks in a Rapidly Changing Environment.
