Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure their affiliate programs meet their objectives and goals.
- Develop and implement program strategy recommendations to drive successful affiliate programs, meeting client objectives and goals.
- Work independently to produce all necessary account deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and utilization of Asana.
- Support clients with recruitment efforts, recommending new and existing partner opportunities, and providing publisher outreach and introductions as needed.
- Familiarize yourself with industry trends and become an expert on Awin tools, reports, and products, keeping clients informed of relevant information and functionality.
- Monitor affiliate program performance, including key KPIs, to ensure network compliance and program health.
- Take a proactive approach in solving issues with clients, escalating issues to the appropriate team level when necessary.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, publishers, and vendors via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
- Minimum 1+ years' account management experience in an affiliate marketing or related role.
- Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry, including commission models, tracking solutions, and various affiliate types.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner with strong team orientation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Accepts and seeks out ownership and accountability of work.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to learn new technology systems.
