Position Overview
As a Property Accountant within our client finance team, you will deliver comprehensive accounting support for the property management division and serve as a vital member of this management team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and disseminate monthly financial statements, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
2. **Accounts Receivable Management**: Oversee cash receipts, review and bill tenant recurring charges, and perform tenant ledger reconciliations.
3. **Accounts Payable Coordination**: Review invoice coding and approvals, ensuring a proper audit trail is maintained.
4. **Sales Information Maintenance**: Monitor sales collections and review reports to ensure accurate billing.
5. **Cash Management Supervision**: Audit petty cash and oversee service center cash procedures.
6. **Budget Preparation Assistance**: Compile key assumptions and capital budget information, maintaining lease-level budgeting for all tenants.
7. **Quarterly Reporting**: Prepare quarterly forecasts and support the corporate office in gathering information for financial reports.
8. **Year-End Reconciliation**: Manage the annual reconciliation process for various expenses.
9. **Payroll Reporting Coordination**: Assist in the payroll reporting process.
10. **Audit Support**: Provide assistance during property audits.
