About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team at Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and features, and provide recommendations for their adoption.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on cloud computing.
  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud computing technologies.
  • 5+ years of networking experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with support procedures and methodologies for production computing environments.
  • Experience automating complex tasks.
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting.
