Position Summary
HealthDrive Corporation is looking for a skilled Nurse Practitioner to deliver vital healthcare services to individuals in sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care settings. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing and managing various health issues, fostering wellness, and working closely with the healthcare team. Establishing strong connections with staff and management is essential, as the APRN will act as the primary resource for medical inquiries. Key duties include conducting physical assessments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing patient education on health maintenance and treatment alternatives.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver primary and preventive healthcare to residents Request and evaluate diagnostic examinations Identify and manage health conditions Prescribe medications and ensure accurate documentation Inform patients about health issues and preventive measures Monitor patient health and overall well-being Participate in on-call duties as requiredQualifications and Skills
Expertise in geriatric care, acute care, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology Strong communication skills with elderly patients Previous nursing experience in relevant settings is beneficial Master's degree, NP licensure, and board certification are mandatory Valid driver's license and capacity to work autonomously Excellent communication, organizational, and technological abilities-
