Role Overview
The Temporary Sales Associate position plays a crucial role in enhancing the store's performance and efficiency during peak periods, aligning with our brand promise to deliver exceptional products to our clientele.

During our busiest season, we seek enthusiastic brand advocates to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Engage customers by adhering to the Coach Experience Service standards and effective selling techniques.
  • Interact authentically and naturally with customers.
  • Maintain precision while operating the POS system and comply with cash handling policies.
  • Ensure accurate data capture where legally permissible.
  • Uphold professional phone etiquette when responding to store inquiries.
  • Drive sales through client engagement and omni-channel selling strategies.
  • Assist with back-of-house operations as required.
  • Represent the Coach brand with integrity.
