Role Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about our products and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. You will assess customer needs through our unique selling approach, demonstrating, quoting, and finalizing sales to create a personalized shopping journey.

In addition to in-store sales, you will leverage your enthusiasm for the brand through various channels, including social media, live demonstrations, and content creation to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieving or surpassing all sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Utilizing Lovesac's unique selling process to deliver exceptional service by greeting and assisting every customer, showcasing products, and maintaining high standards of product knowledge.
  • Representing Lovesac on social media, highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Offering financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit and other financing solutions.
  • Keeping clients informed about current promotions and product offerings.
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy and safeguarding company assets.
  • Assisting in promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates.
  • Collaborating with management to resolve customer service issues and enhance overall service quality.
  • Maintaining store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
  • Processing transactions accurately to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Handling customer concerns professionally and respectfully.
  • Exhibiting integrity and respect towards colleagues and customers.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Our stores and website operate seven days a week, requiring availability for morning, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
