Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who possesses a genuine enthusiasm for our products and customers, crafting a distinctive shopping experience. You will assess customer needs through the application of Lovesac's unique selling methodology, which includes demonstrating, quoting, and finalizing sales, thereby providing a tailored shopping journey.

Beyond in-store sales, you will express your passion for the brand and products through various channels, including social media, hosting live demonstrations, engaging in online discussions, and creating content to enhance brand visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or surpass all sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Employ Lovesac's unique selling methodology, ensuring exceptional service by welcoming and acknowledging every customer, demonstrating products, maintaining high standards, and possessing comprehensive knowledge of the product range.
  • Represent Lovesac on social media, highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Present financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit and other financing programs.
  • Keep clients informed about current promotions and product offerings while staying updated on promotional details.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and protect company assets.
  • Assist in executing promotional initiatives, including product placement and marketing updates.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve customer service issues and enhance service quality.
  • Contribute to maintaining store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Process all transactions accurately to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Handle customer issues professionally and respectfully.
  • Exhibit integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects colleagues and customers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting KPIs.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales drive.
  • Effective time management skills and adaptability to changing environments.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
  • Accountable for actions and responsibilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
