We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting and promoting our services, and building rapport with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Present and promote our services using effective sales techniques.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Answer questions about Goldfish Swim School and our Science of Swimplay approach.
- Answer questions about the company and provide excellent customer service.
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet targets.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Paid training to kickstart your career.
- Opportunities for promotions and growth.
- Flexible hours, even just one shift per week (4 hours).
- No late nights, with afternoon shifts ending at 8 pm.

Goldfish Swim School is a learn-to-swim facility for kids ages 4 months to 12 years. Our proven confidence-building curriculum promotes a love of swimming and teaches children to be safer in and around the water. For additional information, please visit our website.
