About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our office operations. This individual will be responsible for managing data entry, mail tasks, and maintaining a well-organized filing system.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and distribute mail efficiently
  • Enter and maintain accurate data
  • Prepare and send communications

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at $55,000 per year, based on industry standards. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and career growth opportunities.
